Authoring QA Checklist
Objectives
0/3In a real-life situation, before submitting your page for publishing and moving it to the Formal QA workstream, you must first complete a Self QA check of the page. The checklist for each project will be included in the project documentation. For the purpose of this training, please complete the checks below. These represent the types of checks that should be carried out during the Self QA process:
Content Checks
- All copy has been added and approved.
- Headings and body text display correctly.
- No placeholder text remains.
Metadata Checks
- Meta title has been added and is correct.
- Meta description has been added and is correct.
Links & CTA Checks
- All CTA buttons link to the correct destination.
- Internal links point to existing pages.
- External links open correctly.
Image Checks
- Correct imagery has been used.
- Images display correctly within components and on multiple devices (Desktop, Mobile, Tablet).
- Images are not distorted or cropped incorrectly.
Layout Checks
- Components are in the correct order.
- Spacing and formatting look consistent.
- Content aligns with the design structure.
